Nana Kwabena Yentumi is the Gyaasehene of Juaben Traditional Area since 2008 and a distinguished member of the Board of Directors of Juaben Rural Bank (JRB). A proud alumnus of Prempeh College, Nana holds a Bachelor’s degree (Economics and Law) in Social Sciences from KNUST. Nana started his career in 1979 with the Bank of Ghana where he flourished in the Development and Finance Department. He then moved to G.B Olivant as a Management Trainee with direct responsibility as Special Assistant to the General Manager. By dint of hard work, Nana was promoted to head the General Merchandise department and then as a Sales Manager before heading to Lever Brothers in 1991, where his industrious nature saw him expatriated to Unilever South Africa in 1993 as Product Group Manager. Nana returned to Ghana in 1994 as Head of Marketing for UAC Textiles (Now Ghana Textiles Company), had an impactful stint as Marketing Director on the Board of VLISCO Ghana Group before retiring in 2014 after 35 years of Concern Spectrum Employment. Nana is an eminent member of several professional bodies, notably, the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana, Association of Ghana Industries and the Ghana Chamber of Commerce. Nana is an influential member of the entire Juaben Community and is a very respected one at that. His wealth of experience in finance, sales and marketing have been richly placed at the disposal of the bank and this has greatly enhanced the bank’s status as a leader among its peers.
